How do I know when my recovery session is over?

The FREEPAD is programmed to stop automatically after 15 minutes. During the session, the FreePad light will be blue, 2 minutes before the end of the session it will vibrate and when the session ends, it will vibrate and switch off.

How do I take care of my FREEPAD?

To care for your FREEPAD you can wash the plates that come into contact with your skin with a damp cloth. Do not use household cleaning products.

How do I know if my muscle will cool properly?

The FREEPAD's temperature sensors enable optimized cooling management.

How long does a FREECAPS last?

One FREECAPS allows you to do 2 recovery sessions. A recovery session lasts 15 minutes.

How do I transport my FREECAPS?

They can be carried in a bag.

My FREECAPS is leaking. What should I do?

If your FREECAPS is leaking, unclip the bottle from the FREEPAD and let the gas escape.

Where can I dispose of my empty FREECAPS?

You can dispose of your empty FREECAPS in a recycling garbage can.
